You will have regular coaching sessions and decide by yourself whether they are face-to face, via phone or online (e.g. Skype / FaceTime).
A coaching contract ensures the highest standards of ethically correct behaviour and strict confidentiality.
A clear coaching session structure guarantees efficiency and effectiveness:
- goal clarification – short term & mid term
- personal SWOT analysis
- CV storyline
- elevator pitch (if needed)
- video analysis (if needed)
- getting to the core
- constant goal evaluation and adaptations
- reflection exercises between sessions – where necessary

Your group coaching/training
Small settings of 6 to maximum 15 participants guarantee an atmosphere of trust and confidence.
Together we will address various career / leadership and change topics coming from your professional experience. You will learn how to shape the situation in order to create sustainable results for all parties involved.
You will have the chance to learn from each other / gain confidence as you are not alone with your problems and be able to think out of the box when facing the various solutions to one and the same issue.

II. 2 individual meetings à 90 minutes, 1 meeting à 60 minutes to analyse and work on your individual coaching goals – additionally, you will receive ad hoc counceling via phone anytime you need to solve a specific career/Leadership related issue (90 minutes max)
